Outline Proposal & Preliminary Design

Prepare a conceptual design (in broad outline), as per the briefing requirements and showing:
- Intended space provision.
- Exterior design and facades.
- Materials intended.
- Exterior renders.
Scheme Design Development
- Define the construction of the building.
- Spatially co-ordinate the work designed by other consultants and specialists.
- Review the design with the relevant authorities.
- Prepare architectural drawings suitable for Local Authority submission.
- Co-ordinate civil/structural drawings suitable for Local Authority submission.
- Co-ordinate mechanical & electrical layouts including BoQ’s, schedules, and specifications.
Detail Design
- Prepare electronic drawings suitable for tendering purposes, which will include:
Contract Administration & Management
- Site inspection of the works.
- Identification of defects.
